The attraction between Juliette and Joshua’s immediate. As a result, Juliette’s father chooses Joshua to travel with her and her maid on this perilous journey as protection.

Primarily a regency romance, The Earl’s Unexpected Journey Of Love’s filled with thrilling adventure. This book’s not your everyday regency romance; the hero and heroine find themselves in a situation of life threatening danger. From the prologue of danger and action, the readers attention’s snared. Bennett sets the stage for the adventure to come as she spotlights Joshua’s adventurous nature and the tone of the book.
Furthermore, Bennett instills many “before her time” ideas and attitudes in Juliette’s character. It’s refreshing to read a regency romance novel which does not contain simpering female characters. Juliette’s strong, opinionated, independent, has firm faith, and forward thinking. Also, Bennett’s secondary characters added depth and interest to the story-line.
Finally, in concluding my regency romance adventure novel review of The Earl’s Unexpected Journey Of Love, I found a solid story-line which held my attention; providing an afternoon of reading pleasure. It’s an easy to read relaxing book.
