CHARACTERS, PLOTTING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Author Annie Boone’s characters grow through the short story. Addison will find a strong woman resides within her; she is no longer a spoiler rich child. She will face adversity and danger; through it all she will maintain her faith in God. The story is one of deception by the groom, crime, and rescue by the knight in shining armor.
Walter Brisco’s occupation and activities added mystery to the story. Though short, the story’s pacing was good.
