As of August 2016, I review all genre of books except erotica or sexually graphic books. This is not an indictment of any genre or author.  This was a personal and spiritual decision I was led to make.

I read each book/novel in its entirety before I post a review to insure an honest unbiased review. Please keep in mind that each review is my opinion of the book which could vary from your opinion.

I will be posting DIY recipes;  due to a medical condition which requires making my household and personal products, I had to find an alternative to off the counter products.  I will share the recipes I have personally made and used.  These recipes/suggestions/ ideas have not been approved by any government agency, FDA, scientist, or other scientific organization or expert.  Make and/or use at your own risk.

The purpose of this blog is to give honest book reviews to enhance your reading pleasure and DIY recipes that are chemically free and earth friendly.

I have always loved books and have been an avid reader since my early teens.  I am  a life long resident of the Southeastern coastal seaboard and live in hurricane alley.  It seldom snows here, but we have cold temperatures in the winter.  Our town is home to one of the largest Marine Corp Bases.  We love and support our military community of brave men and women and their families. Semper Fi!
